When you request the free sample we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your organisation and area of interest. We also record whether you consented to receive the sample and whether you separately opted in to occasional updates, together with the time of each consent.

How we use it

Your details are used to deliver the requested sample and to respond to enquiries. Marketing updates are only ever sent if you separately opted in — access to the sample never requires marketing consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
